Digital Evidence Ventures has leading tools and experienced personnel to take you and law firm clients through complex eDiscovery matters. Often cases involving digital forensics result in the accumulation of massive amounts of digital information. Sometimes extensive requests for production in discovery also call for an extensive collection of responsive files. For over two decades we have been collecting, searching and culling data to a usable and relevant set of information and hosting that data for review by attorneys and paralegals if necessary. 

Using best-in-industry tools to collect data from computers, servers, cloud storage, O365, cell phones and virtually any other digital storage, we process and index the data to allow culling to a relevant data set. Our team, led by non-practicing attorneys, then can reduce the data set further via a relevance review or review for items responsive to a request. We can then produce data in any number of formats for discovery or host the data on one of our review platforms, including Relativity. Our tools and processes allow us to ingest and provide for review data from cell phones, including text messages. This includes providing the data in easily read format or in a review platform in Relativity Short Message Format (RSMF).
