We work closely with the healthcare industry including medical groups, doctors, hospitals, their insurers and counsel to help resolve unique issues they encounter and unique requirements regarding their data.  We have years of experience conducting digital forensics, eDiscovery and incident response in HIPPA environments and data sets involving Patient Health Information (PHI). 

Cloud computing is widely used in the health care sector with most providers relying on Electronic Medical Records (EMR or EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner. Litigation involving providers often relies on the medical records and it is not unusual for there to be allegations of record tampering. We have experience getting to the source of the records and evaluating the data for such issues.

Sensitive healthcare data and personal information also makes providers a top target for attackers. Our incident response capabilities are put to use to identify what was accessed, if it was exfiltrated and where the intrusion may have originated.
